Folly Beach Death:A man died Sunday after an apparent drowning off Folly Beach, South Carolina, according to the Folly Beach Department of Public Safety. The incident was reported at 1:14 p.m., and emergency responders were dispatched shortly after, around 1:17 p.m.
Bystanders, including an ICU nurse and an off-duty firefighter, had already pulled the man from the ocean and began CPR before emergency crews arrived.
