Molly Miller and Colt Haynes Love County, OK Death: Human remains discovered in February 2026 in Love County have been positively identified as those of Molly Miller, 17, a Chickasaw citizen, and Colt Haynes, 21, missing for over 12 years. The Department of the Interior’s Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) Missing and Murdered Unit confirmed the identification Monday, found during a renewed search near Oswalt Road, Pike Road, and Long Hollow Road.

BIA MMU Acting Unit Chief Micah Ware stated: “Today’s confirmation is a meaningful step toward answers for Molly Miller’s disappearance. Our hearts are with her family; we hope this brings closure.”
District Attorney Jason Hicks commended BIA, FBI, OSBI, and Chickasaw Lighthorse Police: “Their relentless efforts advance justice. My office collaborates closely and will present the case to the Multi-County Grand Jury upon conclusion.”
